Q – How quick are your response times?
A – Our wide client base often remark on the speed and efficiency of our service, normally we return order confirmations and quotes within 3 working hours unless they are particularly complex.
Q – How do I request a quote?
A – Send any quote request to email@example.com. Please list the products and quantities you would like a quote for, along with where and when you would like them delivered. We’ll supply you with a quote as soon as we can.
Q – What do you hold in stock?
A – All our core Metalicon products are normally stocked in high quantities. Much of our formetiq range is in stock, including desking, storage, and seating. Contact us to check a specific product/s.
Q – What are your lead times?
A – All stock items are available on a 5 day delivery service – often sooner for Metalicon products– we love hitting a deadline. Factory and project orders are typically 3-4 weeks, so do discuss your requirements in good time for your project.
Q – Where can you deliver to?
A – We can deliver anywhere in the world that major couriers will go. We currently have customers in UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala and Israel. Talk to us about delivery charges.
Q – Can you make bespoke items?
A – Yes, and normally there is no MOQ. Lead times will normally be 5-6 weeks but can vary depending on product and complexity.
Q – How do I place an order?
A – Please send your Purchase Order through to firstname.lastname@example.org
Q – How will I know that you have received my order?
A – Once we have processed your order we will e-mail you an Order Confirmation detailing your order and advising of your expected delivery date.
Q – What is my discount from RSP?
A – Discounts may vary dependent on product, volume and project. You will find details of the discounts that have been applied to your account. Specific project discounts may be discussed with your Account Manager.
Q – What are my payment terms?
A – If you have opened a Credit Account with us your payment terms will be payment by end of month following delivery. For non-account customers, payment will be required via a Proforma Invoice before the goods can be despatched.
Q – Are there any delivery charges?
A – Delivery may be charged on formetiq products if your order is below an agreed minimum cost. The charge may vary dependent on product, volume and delivery method.
Please contact your Account Manager to discuss what carriage charges are applicable.
Q – Can you deliver direct to my customer?
A – Of course! Full address and site contact details are needed for successful deliveries.
Q – Can I download images?
A – Images can be downloaded from the Resources section on our website. If you can’t find what you want, please contact a member of our team and they will send you a link to an image file or send you the specific one/s that you require.
Q – Do you supply 3D files and Revit/BIM files?
A – Most of our formetiq products have 3D CAD files available, call us to request these.
Q – What is the guarantee on your products?
A – We offer a minimum 5-year guarantee on all non-electrical products (1 year on electrical items).
